Hello! My name is Hanny and I would be delighted to be your teacher on The Way Experience. Let us learn together and make this experience a fun and memorable one.
About me
I come from the Great, White North, also known as Canada, the second-largest country by landmass in the world. It is a huge country, with plenty of space for all its citizens and an abundance of natural wonders and fresh air. So why would I choose to move to Spain, you ask? And more specifically, to Murcia of all places?
Well, I was in search of a new experience – an opportunity to push myself out of my comfort zone and see what I was capable of. I found this opportunity here and I have been learning and growing every step of the way, and loving every minute of it.
My experience
I have always been determined to make my life’s purpose to help other people as much as I can with the time that I’ve been given.
I’ve always known that the profession that I would choose would have to fulfill that ambition. I have definitely found it in teaching. Since coming to Spain, I have taught in many different settings, with countless students, all whom have helped me become the teacher that I am today. I have taught in primary schools, secondary schools, at the local university, as well as in a one-on-one private class format. As you can imagine, I have gained valuable experience by teaching such a diverse group of students, and in doing so, I feel prepared and confident to teach you no matter your English level or personality.
I am certain that we can create a fun and engaging learning environment together. My goal is to make learning feel as effortless and enjoyable as possible so that at the end of each lesson you can say, “WOW! Is the lesson over already?!”
